1988, Cowboy Junkies - The Trinity Session, cassette

Closing out this Cassette Tuesday year w/
1988, Cowboy Junkies "The Trinity Session" cassette.

If you were like me Cowboys Junkies hooked me in
w/ their cover of Lou Reed's "Sweet Jane". Lou Reed even
quoted as saying this was one of his songs covered that
he thought was very good. Even years later Lou still
mentions this version as one of the best. I have to agree
and the whole cassette is just as good.
